So… are you going anywhere for Easter?

Hi Reader!

This email lands in your inbox every Tuesday (in case this the first one you are seeing, please check your spam folder as the previous ones may have landed there. If you find them, please mark my email address as a safe sender to be sure you won't miss any in future).

It's all about travel insights, personal stories, and lessons from my adventures exploring over 90 countries thus far. Whether it will inspire, entertain, or enlighten, let's celebrate the beauty and diversity of this amazing world we share, from a travel perspective! 🌍✨

-----------------------------

Be honest:

Are you actually going anywhere for Easter?
Somewhere that excites you?
Something you chose for yourself?

Or is it just… another long weekend that's come and go (with the usual)?

Because here’s the thing.

It’s not that you don’t travel.

You probably do.
For work or conferences
To visit family or friends in the countryside.
On trips someone else planned.

But when it comes to choosing something for you...
something a little bold, a little different—

You pause.

And maybe you’ve even made peace with that.

Maybe you’ve quietly decided you’re not really a “travel person.”

You just enjoy reading my stories.
Watching from a distance.
Living it a little through me.

And honestly? That’s okay.

But if that’s the case—own it.

Because there’s a difference between
“This isn’t for me”
and
“I keep telling myself it’s not for me because I’m scared to try.”

Easter is about renewal.
A return.
A coming back to life.

So here’s a better question:

What part of you are you ready to come back to?

The curious part?
The bold part?
The one that didn’t need everything to be perfect before saying yes?

Because that version of you isn’t gone... it's just waiting on a decision.

👉 Hit reply and tell me this:

What’s really stopping you from choosing something different this year?

Not the polite answer. The real one.

I’ll respond honestly.

And hey, if you are GOING somewhere, please hit reply and SHARE! Would love to celebrate with you!

Whichever way, thank you for reading (if you got this far). It keeps me energised to keep sharing (and travelling).

Going somewhere (or not): Wishing you an enjoyable Easter weekend!!

Hi Reader! As the curtain falls on 2024 (kwaheri is goodbye), let’s pause to honor the paths we’ve walked, the bonds we’ve strengthened, and the moments that took our breath away. This year reminded us that life’s greatest treasures are found in shared experiences, the courage to explore the unknown and to investing in creating memories rather than (more) new things! As we turn the page to 2025 (karibu is welcome), may we embrace the world with open hearts, seek out new adventures, laughter...
